  AQS Labs reserves the right to change or cancel any workshops or trainers that may arise from unforeseen circumstances.

  AQS Labs reserves the right to remove any person(s) from the workshops for disruptive and/or inappropriate behaviors as deemed by the trainers. In such circumstances, no refund or reimbursement of any kind shall be made.

  AQS Labs reserves the right to use photographic images made during the workshops for marketing and promotional purposes. However, prior written consent will be requested from the person(s) appearing in those images.

  Payments

  Fees must be paid at the point of booking via PayPal secure online payment process. Major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard) are accepted. Please note that if you do not provide accurate information or if your credit card company does not authorize payment, your registration will be deemed void.

  A written confirmation and receipt will be sent to your registered email account.

  Cancellation/Postponement
• 6.1
  AQS Labs must be notified in writing on any cancellation via email at least 28 calendar days prior to the first day of the registered workshop. Please reference the full name of the registrant and the corresponding confirmation number. You’ll be entitled to a 50% cheque refund and the refund will be processed within 28 calendar days of receiving your written request.
• 6.2
  AQS Labs shall notify all registered users in writing via email at least 5 calendar days when a confirmed workshop has to be postponed due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. illness). The affected users shall be placed into another available workshop dates of his/her choosing.
• 6.3
  AQS Labs must be notified in writing on any postponement via email at least 28 calendar days prior to the first day of the registered workshop. Only one (1) postponement is permitted per workshop. Please reference the full name of the registrant and the corresponding confirmation number.

  Liability

  AQS Labs does not accept responsibility for anyone acting as a result of information in, or views expressed on, its training workshops including course materials. Opinions expressed are those of experienced trainers and participants should take additional professional advice when dealing with specific situations.

  AQS Labs does not accept responsibility for any accidents or injuries that may occur at its premise.
• 7.3
  AQS Labs does not warrant that contents online will not always be available or uninterrupted, error free, and content is secure or free from errors and omission.
